Kvartýra №49 is a concept store located in a backhouse on Laugavegur that sells, amongst other stuff, clothing by up-and-coming independent designers alongside more well-known clothing brands from around the world.

One of the owners, fashion designer Natalia Sushchenko, designs under her own label, Sushchenko. Her Spring/Winter collection for 2018-2019, which is available at Kiosk and Kvartýra №49, consists of patterns, prints, and modern, everyday pieces with a Victorian twist.
